Michael W. Brown, Vice President Sales

As Vice President Sales, Mike is responsible for developing strategic customer accounts and channel partner relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and material handling. Prior to joining Reddwerks, Mike held the following senior management positions:

  • President and Chief Operating Officer - Stout Industries
  • Vice President, Supply Chain Management - Transentric
  • Senior Vice President - FKI Logistex
  • Senior Vice President/ President - Alvey Systems

Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Kentucky University.

 

Heather Carroll, Vice President National Accounts

As Vice President National Accounts, Heather oversees Reddwerks' direct, inside, and partner sales. She brings to Reddwerks more than nine years' experience in IT sales and service, with a focus on enterprise software applications in the retail, online, and manufacturing markets. Prior to joining Reddwerks in 2007, Heather served as Vice President of Solution Sales and Vice President of Global Retail Services for Edgenet. In these roles, she had the following responsibilities:

  • New business development
  • Pre-sales
  • Solution consulting
  • Engagement management
  • Inside sales in the US and Europe
  • Customer base management, including several Fortune 50 companies

Heather holds a Bachelors of Science in International Relations from Middle Tennessee State University.

 

Rick DeFiesta, Regional Vice President Sales–Southeast

As Regional Vice President of Sales, Rick focuses on major account sales. Rick has more than 25 years' experience selling complex integrated systems in the material handling and logistics industry. Prior to joining Reddwerks, Rick held a variety of senior positions with leading vendors:

  • District Manager - Dematic/Siemens
  • Vice President of Field Operations - HK Systems
  • Regional/National Accounts Manager - Alvey Systems
  • Sales positions at Litton, Rapistan and Buschman
