• Reduce walk time: QC associates do not have to take outbound containers to a PC-bound QC station.
• Instantly fulfill mispicks or underpicks: Instantly assign QC-generated outs to PTL or mobile application users.
• Assign workflows based on experience: Assign Blind or Open QC workflows to QC associates based on their experience.
• Track metrics: Track underpicks and overpicks back to the selector, location, and area of the facility for trending reports and analysis. These metrics are also kept for each QC agent for performance review.
