Sales Engineer

Support Engineer

This is a multifaceted role requiring the skill to work with both clients and the development team on a daily basis. Travel is required. Ideal candidates have a solid technical base and great client skills. They are also accustomed to doing whatever it takes to complete a job correctly and on time.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customer support issues
  • Scheduling and performing maintenance on production systems
  • Working with the support team to build a set of tools and processes to help facilitate support
  • Working with development and QA to develop and release product enhancements and bug fixes for existing customers
  • Travel to customer sites for a support hand off once a new customer is live with the product

During the ramp of phase of the role more travel will be required in order for the support engineer to gain a working knowledge of the system, contacts with our clients and exposure to our deployment process and environment. This will include at least one and possibly two to three full deployments, each ranging from one to three weeks in length.

Build Engineer

Reddwerks is seeking a build engineer. Our product consists of hardware and software that provides an innovative and powerful solution for the warehouse order fulfillment industry. We're looking for an experienced person capable of working closely with the Engineering and QA teams to improve the build and source control management processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and/or improving build, continuous integration, and deployment processes
  • Maintaining source code repository in Subversion
  • Managing backups
  • Creating new projects and branches
  • Assisting with deployments
  • Releasing management on per-customer basis
  • Adopting or developing tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes

Qualified candidates have the following experience:

  • Five or more years of SCM experience using Ant with Java applications, including deployment to Tomcat, JBoss, or similar application servers

Project Manager

This role primarily works with high-profile external clients either directly or through system integrators. Projects vary in size and scope and require flexibility and tailored project management tools and solutions. This position requires day-to-day management of project team personnel, communication with both internal and external key stakeholders, and interaction with subject matter experts to ensure that a quality solution is delivered.

The candidate should have a history that illustrates the following traits and performance characteristics:

We are looking for an addition to the team who will ensure the quality and successful delivery of our complex enterprise application.

Ideal candidates should have a solid technical base with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team reporting to the QA manager. The QA engineer is expected to participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, and system testing. The QA engineer will be responsible for the overall success of testing and for managing assigned projects from quality testing through final user-acceptance testing. Candidates should be accustomed to doing whatever it takes to complete a job correctly and on time in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.

General Description:

  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence
  • Arrange meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms and provide/arrange hospitality
  • Maintain corporate and accounting documents:
